DOMESTIC

Free Express Home Delivery for orders valued at or exceeding PKR 1699/-
A shipping fee or Rs. 200 is applicable on orders valued below PKR 1699/-
All orders may take up to 3 – 5 working days to be delivered
All Lahore Orders would be delivered within 48 hours of the order being placed.
If Lahore orders are not delivered within 48 hours, please contact our customer support or message us.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping yet.

ONLINE ORDER PROCESS

Order on the ZARB website by selecting a product and clicking on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy it Now’, if you don’t wish to add more items to your cart.
Click on the bag icon located on the top right corner
After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out
Fill in the Following details:
First name
Last name
Address
City
Country
Postcode
Phone
Email

Select a payment method (COD)
Press the ‘Order’ button to place your Order and get your Order Number
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email
After the confirmation email you will receive an automated call from ZARB through which you can confirm your Order. In case of no confirmation call, reach out to us at +923180009272 or info@zarbofficials.com.
During the transition of your package, you can use the tracking number to stay updated with your delivery status.
Upon receiving your order, please pay your due charges and keep your Invoice for at least 14 days (as per our return & exchange policy)
