My name is Tahir Rafiq, founder and CEO of ZARB Officials. With years of experience in bespoke tailoring and ceremonial dress, I established this house because I believed there was a gap in the market for clergy vestments and made-to-measure suiting that genuinely met the standards expected of ceremonial dress — garments made with care, cut to the individual, and built to last. Every commission we take on reflects that original intent.
